For support, include your ShiftGop app version, Android version, the general problem and when it occurred. Do not include passwords, Firebase tokens, bank details, Gophr session cookies, patient details or parcel-label images.

Account, payment and deletion

For refunds or billing use “ShiftGop billing” as the subject. For data rights use “ShiftGop privacy”. To request erasure use Delete account.

Service notice

We are independent from Gophr Limited and cannot manage your Gophr courier account, jobs or payments. ShiftGop is currently preparing for public release.
