Plans and monthly prices

• Basic: standard £19.99/month. Founding-member launch price £9.99/month for qualifying early subscribers. Includes supported automatic shift checks, filters and alerts.
• Pro: standard £29.99/month. Founding-member launch price £19.99/month for qualifying early subscribers. Includes Basic and route optimisation.
• All prices quoted for the UK are intended as customer-facing GBP prices inclusive of applicable VAT. Google Play purchase confirmation shows the authoritative price for your region.

First 100 paid members

The promotion applies to the first 100 **distinct, verified, paid** ShiftGop members across Basic and Pro together (not 100 per plan). Free accounts, test purchases and uncompleted checkouts do not count. Eligibility and place availability are checked by the service.

Founders generally retain their original recurring price while their subscription remains continuously active in the original Google Play price cohort. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you may only be offered the standard price. No purchase is guaranteed to qualify while inventory is full or Google Play prices are changing.

Renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed through Google Play at the confirmed price and frequency unless cancelled. Cancel from Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions; uninstalling or deleting a ShiftGop account does not automatically stop billing. Access generally continues until the paid period ends, subject to Google Play’s specific subscription status.

Free trials and refunds

A free ShiftGop account currently includes up to three successful shift catches and three successful route optimisations, counted separately; these are feature-use allowances rather than a time-limited auto-renewing trial. No subscription begins without explicit Google Play purchase confirmation.

Refund requests and statutory cancellation rights depend on applicable law and Google Play policies. Please contact Google Play through your order history or our support address for help. These terms do not override mandatory consumer remedies.
